Shipping Information

Your products will be shipped in a safe and secure manner via Australia Post Delivery.

This has been updated as of the 30th November 2017.

All shipping costs are quoted while adding items to your cart. If you wish to check these charges click on your cart and scroll down to the bottom where you can add your destination details for a quote on postage. You do not require to have an account to do this, this is a easy service to help you with your ordering process.

These rates are subject to change at anytime so check back frequently for updates.

Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post. The Chinchilla Post Office has the mail collected at 2:45pm from Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.

Since it takes time to process packages each day, orders received by close of business will be sent within three (3) business days, four (4) business days after the day of the received order. In most cases orders are sent to Australia Post the next day but these lead times are to cover any number of situations and should be considered if you are needing anything urgently. Express Postage - this services is available, however it will not be delivered to you overnight due to Chinchilla being outside the overnight deliverable zone. But it will definatly shave a few days off standard parcel delivery and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au

My Fetl Lady will not be held responsible or liable for items lost in the postal system therefor it is recommended to purchase registered post if you wish to track your delivery.

Shipping periods

Once your payment has been cleared, your order will be delivered to Australia Post within three (3) business days, four (4) business days if you have purchased Glitter Felt

Unless you have an urgency I may be able to arrange package to be delivered to Australia Post for delivery on day payment has been cleared. Please email me at sales@myfeltlady.com.

Orders placed during Queensland School Holiday's will be sent on each Friday of that period. During this time I may either be away or spending time with family. International Shipping

International shipping costs are quoted while adding items to your cart.

 

How long will my parcel take?

Priority Deliveries will take between 1 to 4 working days within Australia Although during peak holiday season such as pre Christmas.

Standard parcel postage will have a tracking number that will be supplied to you on packing of your order and can then be tracked at www.auspost.com.au
