2022-2023 Holiday Period Information

My goodness, what a year. We have had some seriously incredible fun with some amazing new products, fun events and great times with our staff Laura and Nic.

As we come to a close of a super epic year we have some important things to advise on our service and delivery over December 2022 and January 2023.

Order Processing times

Our standard processing times of 2-3 working days will be extended to 3-4 working days. This is to accommodate our staff having holidays and the care of our little children (yep... working mums do it all).

During this time we ask for your kindness and patience as we all take a much-needed break.

Express Post Services

A reminder about Express Postal service. This is a postage service, not a processing service. We will continue to process orders within 3-4 working days. If you require your goods sooner, please contact us before placing your order so as to not be disappointed.

My Felt Lady Holiday

We will be going on a break as of the 21st of December and will resume on the 9th of January. During this period we will be working on a skeleton crew processing orders and answering emails only 1 or 2 day's a week so we can take a much-needed break.
