All shipping costs are quoted while adding items to your cart. If you wish to check these charges click on your cart and scroll down to the bottom where you can add your destination details for a quote on postage. You do not require to have an account to do this, this is an easy service to help you with your ordering process.

Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post. The Chinchilla Post Office has their mail collected at 2:00 pm from Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays. For any orders received after 9 am each working business day and wish to request same-day delivery, unfortunately, this will not be possible. Since it takes time to process packages each day, orders received by the close of business will be sent within three (3) business days after the day of the received order (unless otherwise stated, see Queensland School Holiday Periods & Other Service Disruptions for more information). In most cases, orders are sent to Australia Post the next day but these lead times are to cover any number of situations and should be considered if you are needing anything urgently. COVID-19 INFORMATION
My Felt Lady is still fully operational and will continue to provide the best service we can during these tough times. We are running our business and taking care of our staff based on the new traffic light system as handed down by the Queensland Government and will continue to monitor these changes as much as possible.
EXPRESS POST
This service is available, however, it will not be delivered to you overnight due to Chinchilla being outside the overnight deliverable zone. But it will defiantly shave a few days off standard parcel delivery and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au
Please note that by choosing to use Express Post will not make your parcel a priority in our order processing stage. We will continue to process goods in the order they are placed and will be sent within three (3) business days (unless otherwise stated).
My Felt Lady will not be held responsible or liable for items lost in the postal system therefore it is recommended to purchase a traceable package if you wish to track your delivery.

Unless you have an urgency I may be able to arrange for the package to be delivered to Australia Post for delivery on the day payment has been cleared. Assuming it can be sent on request after completing your order may cause distress for your needs.
Queensland School Holiday Periods & Other Service Disruptions
Orders placed during Queensland School Holidays or during high-traffic sale periods (for example, the end of the financial year, Cyber weekends etc) will have longer dispatch days. Should we be planning time away during school holidays an email will be sent to all customers subscribed, a front page notification or pop up and dates will be provided below on this page. International Shipping
International shipping costs are quoted while adding items to your cart. Since there are many different rates for each country it will be difficult to state here however if you are keen to make the most out of your postage costs, contact me anytime so I can help you with your order.
How long will my parcel take?
Standard parcel postage will have a tracking number that will be supplied to you on packing of your order and can then be tracked at www.auspost.com.au
