Hey there, discount diva! So, you want to know how our discounts work, huh? Well, pull up a chair, grab a cup of your favourite brew (or a glass of something fizzy), and let’s spill the beans. But remember, no greediness allowed! (We’re watching you, Scrooge McDuck!)
First things first, let’s get one thing straight: we love a good deal as much as the next crafty cat. But we also believe in sharing is caring! So, while we’re all about those sweet savings, we don’t want you to go all Gollum on us—“My precious discounts!”—because that’s just not cool, man.
Let's get down to the nitty gritty...
First timers - If you are a first-time customer you'll notice that you've been offered $5 off your first order. This has a minimum requirement and can't be used in conjunction with any other offer... like free shipping. So you can either use this discount now or save it for later if you want to take up the free shipping offer.
Reward users - As a long-term customer you've probably racked up some points... NOICE! Now with these, you can use your points on your order over the minimum requirement BUT this also doesn't work with the free shipping option. So again, you can either use your points or the free shipping.
Other Sales - Let's take Black Friday sales for instance. In this case, the lovely world of technology gives me the option to allow you to save during this period, AND get free shipping. BUT.. we choose to only offer you these discounts on Full Priced Products Only. We aren't a big-name company like Myers where you can pile up all sorts of discounts in one purchase.
Free Shipping - Free shipping is offered on your total order, after discounts over total order values of $99. So if you find that you've met the requirement, and then add a discount, the offer will of course go away if your total order goes under $99.
Remember one thing...
We are a Small Business. Please don't take advantage of us during these sales because online we can only provide the information in areas of our site that are easy to find, and in most cases can be missed, so if you feel you are missing out, or are being 'had' please understand we do not intend this at all.
